General & Setup

Do I need to install any software?

No. RepairHub is 100% cloud-based. You can access it from any web browser (Chrome, Safari, Edge) on any device, including PCs, Macs, Tablets, and Smartphones.

Is my data secure?

Yes. We use enterprise-grade encryption for all data transmission. Your customer database, sales history, and financial records are backed up daily to secure off-site servers.

Can I use RepairHub on my mobile phone?

Absolutely. The interface is fully responsive. Technicians can update ticket statuses or upload photos directly from their phones while working on a device.

Repairs & Job Cards

How do I record a Pattern Lock?

Our intake form features a visual 3x3 grid. You can draw the pattern directly on the screen (or use the mouse) to save it securely to the job card. No more drawing on paper tickets!

Can I update customers automatically?

Yes. When you change a status (e.g., from 'In Progress' to 'Repaired'), the system can automatically trigger a WhatsApp or SMS message to the customer letting them know their device is ready.

Does it support Warranty tracking?

Yes. When a repair is completed, you can assign a warranty period (e.g., 30 days). If the customer returns, scanning the receipt or Ticket ID will instantly show if the warranty is still valid.

Can I print Intake Labels?

Yes. RepairHub generates small thermal labels that you can stick on the back of devices, containing the Ticket ID, Customer Name, and a QR code for quick scanning.

POS & Hardware

What hardware is compatible?

We support any standard USB Barcode Scanner and any Thermal Receipt Printer (Epson, Zebra, Star, or generic brands) that works with your computer. No expensive proprietary hardware is needed.

Can I sell items and repairs in one transaction?

Yes. You can add a completed Repair Ticket to the POS cart along with physical items (like a screen protector or case) and checkout in a single transaction.

Can I do split payments?

Yes. You can accept partial Cash and partial Card for a single transaction. The daily report will accurately reflect the split.

Inventory & Stock

How do I manage Low Stock?

You can set a specific 'Low Stock Limit' for each product. When stock falls below this number, the item appears on your Dashboard's "Reorder List" highlighted in red.

Can I track Cost Price vs Sell Price?

Yes. We hide the Cost Price from the main POS screen (so customers don't see it), but the backend calculates your exact profit margin per item sold.

Financial Reports

Can staff see my profits?

No. You can assign roles. The 'Staff' role allows them to create tickets and make sales, but blocks access to the 'Reports' and 'Settings' tabs. Only the 'Owner' can see profit data.

Can I export my data?

Yes. All reports (Daily Sales, Inventory Value, Customer List) can be exported to CSV or Excel formats for your accountant.

Affiliate Partner Program

What is the Affiliate Program?

If you refer other repair shops to RepairHub, we pay you a commission for every month they remain a subscriber. It's a great way to earn passive income.

How much is the commission?

We offer a 20% Recurring Commission. For example, if you refer a shop on the $49 Enterprise plan, you earn roughly $10 every single month, for as long as they use the software.

How do I track my referrals?

Once you sign up as a partner, you get a dedicated dashboard showing total clicks, signups, active subscriptions, and your pending payout balance.

How do I join?

Simply create a free account. Inside your portal settings, click on "Affiliate Program" to generate your unique referral link immediately.
